Treat your valentine to an absolutely chocolicious indulgence featuring an everlasting Chocolate Fountain and other decadent confections created our award-winning Executive Pastry Chef, Brian Sundeen. $20 per person. To complement the chocolate dessert buffet, a specialty menu of wines, ports and cognacs chosen to perfectly pair with chocolate will be offered. No reservations necessary.

Valentine's Dinner at Gaby's by the Lake

A sure-fire recipe for romance, The Ritz-Carlton's casual, lakefront restaurant, Gaby's, is inviting couples to set the mood with food, with a fun and flirty 'All Aphrodisiac Menu.' Inspiring items like Oysters on the Half Shell: Grilled New York Strip with Lobster Mashed Potato and Lavender & Honey-Glazed Organic Carrots; and Milk and Dark Chocolate Tortes are available a la carte. The special Aphrodisiac Menu will be offered in addition to Gaby's usual dinner menu. No reservations necessary.

To celebrate Valentine's Day, The Lodge's signature restaurant - Georgia's Bistro - offers a special 'His and Hers' 4-course dinner menu in addition to its usual a la carte menu. Soft music and flickering candles will set the mood to enjoy such lovers' treats as the Reisling-Poached Pears, Grilled Filet of Beef and Molten Chocolate Raspberry Cake. $70 per person. $120 with wine pairing. Aspiring chefs, ages 7 – 12, will learn baking techniques and pastry presentation, all with hands-on instruction from Executive Pastry Chef Brian Sundeen.

Easter Brunch

Delight in a lavish holiday brunch prepared by Executive Chef Scott Gambone and his extraordinary culinary team. Enjoy an amazing assortment of more than 45 delectable dishes prepared to delight the most sophisticated of tastes. Children can enjoy cookie    decorating activities and a children’s dessert buffet. Meet local farmers and artisan producers; taste dishes from  Georgia’s Bistro featuring regional, sustainable and healthful ingredients; tour the resort’s own thriving organic Chef’s Garden; and learn to feel good about your choices that support not only your personal wellness but that of the environment and the community as well. All who attend will receive a packet of organic seeds to plant in your garden or window boxes when you get back home.

Pull out your poodle skirts and saddle oxfords as Greensboro welcomes back the Georgia Classic Cruisers for the ageless Rock and Roll Cruise-In.  The band will perform favorites from the 1950's and '60s as more than one hundred classic cars line the streets of downtown.
